Lotus Traveler task not starting!

After an uxpected and unsual Traveler install, now when I run the http task on the Domino console, I get:

but when I run the "show task" command on Domino server I cannot see any traveler task running.

I also tried to run "load traveler" on the Domino console by hand, but no reply.

When I try to connect via Safari browser (iphone) to "http://host/servlet/traveler"
I can login but I get an error message on the browser stating that Lotus Notes Traveler server is not available !

and at the same time, on the Domino console, I can see:

"HTTP JVM: Traveler: Lotus Traveler task is not operational. Client request denied for CN=Utente Sviluppo/O=COMPANY/C=IT."

and o the Traveler log on Domino server I get:

Any ideas? I'm running out of ideas and getting frustrated because usually I face no problems with Traveler....
